The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has started the procedures for the appointment of heads of diplomatic missions.

According to the documents, among the names that have been proposed and expected to be officially appointed are: 

-Ridi Kurtezi in the United Arab Emirates

- Zhaklina Peto for Montenegro.

-Adia Sakiqi for Germany.

- Former MP Ervin Bushati is a candidate for Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to the United States of America, resident and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Albania to the United States of Mexico, the Republic of Panama, the Republic of Dominican Republic, the Republic of Guatemala and the Republic of Costa Rica, non-resident.

- Ilir Gjoni, candidate for Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Albania to NATO.

- Vasilika Hysi visited the office of the United Nations and other International Organizations in Geneva.

- Mary Kumbe in Israel.

-Mustafa Nano for Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 

-Fatmir Velaj in Austria.

-Blerta Kadzadej in Azerbaijan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Georgia, Afghanistan and Kazakhstan.

-Majlinda Francis in the Vatican.
