The escape of a murderer who accuses the People's Advocate and

Today, a criminal, Altin Ndoci, has escaped from prison. The question is simple: Who are the people responsible? How was he able to escape? Were the conditions created for a murderer to escape?

First, a prisoner cannot be visited at a civilian hospital without permission or a report from the prison doctor, who determines that it is impossible to treat or cure him within the prison conditions and that he must go to a civilian hospital. After his permission, he is escorted from the prisons and taken for treatment.

But, some time ago, prisoners were guarded by police when they were at the doctor's, in a civil hospital, even for an intervention. As was the case of Mr. Erion Veliaj's colonoscopy, about which journalist Mero Baze, a man of the Veliaj family, a loyal soldier of the mayor of Tirana and the beneficiary of hundreds of thousands of euros, cried and screamed.

What didn't he say! What didn't he accuse? Why should there be a policeman inside there? And then we answered you: that in the protocol there should be a policeman who looks at him with his eyes because he is responsible, since a doctor could kill him, someone else could make an assassination attempt on him, or he could escape. And we wrote this at the time. Mero Baze and his friends wrote that this was Ulsi Manja's fault, that his behavior was criminal. In fact, a simple security protocol was implemented and respected.

Today, a prisoner escaped. Beyond the responsibility that doctors have, beyond the evil of Mero Baze or the writings with other, disgusting intentions, the servility, the flattery and the filth that came even towards Minister Ulsi Manja. Today, what will Mero Baze say? Is Besfort Lamallari to blame?

So, is it the fault of the Minister of Justice who left today? If something had happened to Erion Veliaj yesterday, what would he have said? Then he could have accused Ulsi Manjë. But today, will he accuse Lamallari?

The second step is why he has disappeared and the finger is pointed towards a report by the Ombudsman, who, after the slander of Mero Baze and the media of the Veliaj family and those paid by him, said that no police officer should be present in the premises when the defendant was being visited or treated, when they were being taken to a civil hospital. This was the remark that Erida Ballanca, the Ombudsman, made before leaving office, perhaps to Dr. Berisha, perhaps to Mero Baze, perhaps to Edi Rama, but this is of little importance.

The consequence is this: After the Ombudsman's report, after this report was sent to the institutions, made public, a prisoner, a murderer, a very dangerous person for society, is accompanied by new standards requested by Erida Ballanca, by the standards that Mero Baze, Veliaj's journalist, wrote. By the standards that Veliaj and his media demanded. And here we are: a murderer escapes. It's quite simple.

It is enough to do propaganda, manipulate public opinion, accuse a minister of justice, and finally make a report from the Ombudsman to pave the way for a criminal, a murderer, to leave. And this is what Mero Baze has done with his own hands with his writings and his accusations for the inhuman treatment of Erion Veliaj. And then, after this writing, comes the report of the Ombudsman, Erida Ballanca. The standards change, the standards of Mero Baze are set according to the criticisms that Erida Ballanca makes of politics, and the murderer is free today.

Now we expect them to at least accuse Besfort Lamallari of the murderer's escape. To maintain the same standard as they maintained with Ulsi Manjë. To pamper Erida Ballanca and thank her for the report she has made as a political sleuth. To publicly thank Mero Bazen, the journalist of the Veliaj family, who took water to the source to give the path and direction to escape a criminal./ CNA
