A public deception with the Balluku file

A journalist, a colleague, for ethics' sake and to avoid appearing like an attack or a "war" between journalists, articulated in one of the television studios that the release of the Balluku dossier was controlled and only the parts related to a journalist were released.

Parts of the dossier related to journalists have been published by CNA and we are forced to respond to this. In fact, he has lied publicly and it is shameful that he deceives the public while knowing very well what the truth is.

The "Balluku" file was not published in part, but as it interested the one who first provided it, who was actually Gazment Bardhi. The second who published the file was precisely Carlo Bolino, who published the parts of the wiretaps that he did not release to CNA. So, parts of the file made by Gazment Bardhi had been released, who in fact had not published Carlo Bolino's part, but had released the parts that interested him.

Which for us is scandalous, because a deputy, chairman of the DP parliamentary group, has the file and releases certain fragments for certain businesses, for us this is shameful, it is a scandal and we can suspect that there may be some extortion.

After all, what is the reason that the MP only releases certain segments and not the full file, while he had it and this is confirmed.

On the other hand, to make it political, Carlo Bollino also has the file and publishes the parts he wants, but does not publish his part. We were the only media that later on, when we were able to secure the file, after most of the things had been published, almost everything, had published endlessly and Klodiana Lala on Irfan Hysenbelliu's television, the man whose lifelong enemy is Balluku, had left nothing unpublished. We published Bollino's part. So, the file is not partially published in the media. It has all come out from A to Z.


Lying in a studio is easy. Asking to get away with excuses is even easier. But, we are not entering into the debate at all, nor a detailed response with any other file there within SPAK, but I will leave it at that, for ethics and to show that such deceptions on screen, we will stand up to and respond to them. And we have a question: these journalists who say they did not publish the file, did they have the file and not release it?

Were these journalists, or some others, when CNA wrote about Ergys Agas, calling and asking us not to write? Were these journalists intervening for Oltion Bistri, involved in the investigations of Sky and Encrochat by SPAK?


Therefore, it would be very ethical, very dignified, that before they throw a tantrum at public opinion and ask to wash their faces, it would be better if they went and washed their dirty hands with soap, because with the filth they have on their hands, they will become even dirtier./CNA
