Journalist Bledian Koka stated this evening that the Special Prosecution Office is acting against the ruling party's violations.

In a television appearance, he stated that the recent floods that swept the country showed that the state has fallen. According to him, the final blow to the government is coming from the internationals through SPAK.

"SPAK is acting against the government. Pretending that there are no cartels here, they do not dictate elections, is not going to work. The question is whether we will accept a blow to destroy this system that will give the country a technical government. The flood case showed us that there is no state here. From 2013 to today, over 100 billion euros in taxes have been taken from citizens and we are still flooded worse than in '97 or before '91. This shows that the state has fallen.
