Jamarbër Malltezi ka dhënë një deklaratë për mediat pas daljes nga Gjykata e Posaçme. Ai u shpreh sërish se se kryeministri Edi Rama do të thirret si dëshmitar, ndërsa shtoi se emri i tij del në të gjitha dokumentet.

”Kërkova videoprojektor të paraqes me foto faktet. Kërkesa u pranua. Shpresoj në gjysmën e dytë të datës 26 të fillojë prezantimi im. Zoti Rama del në të gjitha dokumentet, pra është ai që ka dhënë leje ndërtimi dhe ka bërë ndërrim destinacioni. Zoti Rama do jetë si dëshmitar, dhe më pas do jetë në pozitë tjetër proceduriale”, u shpreh Malltezi.
