Ergys Agas's lawyer, Maks Haxhia, has made a statement to the media regarding the investigations against his client.
Haxhia said that the accusations against Agas are absurd since he has no connection to the AKSHI tenders.
Further, Haxhia said that he has no contact with Agas personally, but only with his family members.
"Absurd accusation. A person who is not vested with power is accused of activities such as violating equality in tenders or depriving a person of their freedom for not participating in tenders. Agasi has nothing to do with the AKSHI tenders. Agasi has finished his work, but only a person who wants to throw his keys into the sea can appear before the justice authorities.
