The session is expected to be held at 09:30.
On Thursday, the Special Court at the request of the SPAK issued 7 security measures, 3 "prison arrests", 2 "house arrests" and 2 for house or facility inspections, following investigations into the abuse of EU funds.
Alfred Nikolla is one of the persons arrested today by order of the SPAK, after investigations into the abuse of EU funds. Together with him, the former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj and Ermal Kurtulaj have fallen into the hands of the police.
Gazmend Haxhia and Elton Marini were placed under house arrest, while the apartments of two other people, Bledar Leka and Bjona Zijaj, were searched.
The arrest warrants were signed by the prosecutor Elida Kaçkini, while the decision on their execution was taken by the judge, Rudina Palloi./ CNA
