Ivanka Trump, daughter of former US President Donald Trump, has joined forces with her husband, real estate developer Jared Kushner, to develop the Sazan Island resort.

In her interview on Lex Friedman's podcast, she revealed details about the resort's accommodations and architecture.

"Right now I'm working with my husband. We have this 1,400-hectare island in the Mediterranean and we're bringing the best architects and the best global brands. It will be villas, we will approach two companies, one for construction and one for food and drinks", declared Ivanka Trump.

In terms of architecture, Ivanka Trump was based on the first digital images illustrating the construction project in the final phase and added that she is trying to respect the existing topography, in a mix between modernity and coexistence with nature.

"The buildings will be like glass boxes, because I will respect the topography that exists and the vegetation", she emphasized.

In previous statements, Jared Kushner has stated that Sazan Island is the most untouched and unique coastal area in the world. His company also wants to develop the area of ??Zvrnec, near Vlora, planning the construction of several resorts with approximately 10,000 hotel rooms and villas./ CNA
