The head of the High Council of Prosecution, Alfred Balla, has made the work balance for 2022.

Among other things, he talked about the vacancies in the prosecution body, due to dismissals from Vetting.

According to Balla, the KLP has thought that, together with the General Prosecutor, they will fill the vacancies with young people who graduate from the School of Magistrates.

"KLP, together with the General Prosecutor, has thought to fill the vacancies through new appointments coming out of the Magistrate's schools. We have 26 new magistrates who will be appointed in all the prosecutor's offices of the country within the year 2023. A total of 75 prosecutors will fill the ranks of the prosecution in the next 3 years. For 4-5 years I can say that the places are filled with prosecutors.

The year 2022 was full efficiency. It met 3.5 times a month and made 333 decisions where the 4 commissions brought their reports before the plenary session and proposed 106 decisions based on those related to the verification of the figure. We have approved 5 new regulations", said Balla. /CNA.al
