Prokurorja që arrestoi Rexhep Rrajën del para KPK/ Kalon vettingun pa probleme

Prokurorja Mirela Kapo

Prokurorja Mirela Kapo, e cila aktualisht shërben si këshilltare pranë Inspektorit të Lartë të Drejtësisë, ka dalë sot para Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit.

Trupa ishte e përbërë nga kryesuesja Pamela Qirko, me relatore Alma Faskaj dhe anëtare Xhensila Pinen.

Kapos nuk iu gjetën probleme me pasurinë apo transaksionet dhe shitblerjet e tre automjeteve e të ngjashme.

As në kriterin e profesionalizmit dhe atë të figurës, KPK nuk raportoi për ndonjë problem.

Kujtojmë se Mirela Kapo është diplomuar për drejtësi në Universitetin e Barit në Itali dhe mban titullin Doktor i Shkencave Juridike.

Ajo ka punuar fillimisht si oficere e policisë gjyqësore pranë Prokurorisë së Krimeve të Rënda dhe në vitin 2015 u emërua prokurore në Prokurorinë e Krujës.

Gjithashtu, prokurorja ka punuar si magjistrate e komanduar pranë Këshillit të Lartë të Prokurorisë.

Por Kapo është një emër i njohur për botën e medias, pasi është prokurorja që kërkoi arrestimin e Rexhep Rrajës, djalit të deputetit socialist, Rexhep Rraja, i cili ushtroi dhunë ndaj të dashurës Xhisiela Maloku./ B.A. – CNA.al
