My doctor, you know that I love you very much. I have been supporting you and following you everywhere for 35 years... I love you with a pure soul, without interest, without anything. You are a legend of the Democrats for all the wars and battles you have fought in these 35 years. After the 2023 local elections, I told you: "Doctor Berisha, end your political activism here."
I didn't say it in vain, believe me. But you continued with a spirit to be envied. You are unique for the campaigns and energy you have, you are irreplaceable... but this alone is not enough for us to come to power. Believe me: I will follow you no matter what happens. But Rama will not leave power like this. Never, ever.
I told you in 2023: these people will no longer leave power with votes. I think it is no longer worth wasting energy on this politics. Sit down, relax, calm your soul and mind.

Ordinary Democrats have been sentenced to 16 years in opposition. They have been scattered like ravens around the world. I know you are the type who never gives up on a fight. Never, doctor. You have spent your whole life at your desk. You are a scoundrel, you are unique. But listen to me: over 500,000 Democrats voted for you again a week ago, they supported you with all their heart and soul — but it is not enough.

Isn't it time to think that something new is needed? We need hope for these Democrats who have been leaving this country for 12 years. Now they will need another 4 years to think about where to go, the ways of the world... It can't go on like this, doctor. The Democrats have felt this loss very much. Very much! And don't leave, because we will follow again, but we can't defeat Rama like this, because he is a unique thief... maybe he has you as the "weapon" that keeps him in power.

The simple Democrats are torn to pieces by this loss. I am hurt by the despair of the son... and the word that hurts me the most is the one he said to me:
"I will leave this country." With super sacrifices I raised my son and daughter. I educated them. Only my soul knows what I have taken away.
Now let them both leave Albania... half of my body is dead. We need hope for the youth, doctor. Because my generation ate it, we left for fur. But not our children — because our souls ache. I don't know, but something really needs to be done differently. The Democrats are at a point of trouble. Very much so.

I will come to the protest today, there is no discussion about this. But my soul is broken... Plus, Rama does not ask about our protests. He has been mocking us for 12 years.
He is defeating us deeper and deeper in every election. Does he steal? Yes, there is no discussion. He does not give up power with a vote, but we continue to enter the election with the thief and tell him "don't steal"! He will steal, because that is his profession. I think we need new blood.
