NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has arrived on the red carpet where Prime Minister Edi Rama is welcoming leaders for the European Political Community Summit.
He spoke about the ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine. Rutte said that the ball is in President Putin's court and stressed that he must be serious about finding peace.
"I look forward to meeting with the foreign ministers here in Tirana. Putin made a mistake by sending a low-level delegation. The ball is in his court, he needs to play, be serious about finding peace, the pressure is on him. Good thing Ukraine has sent a good delegation to achieve peace, happy for the role that the US and President Trump have taken on in achieving peace," Rubbio told the media./ CNA
