The Central Election Commission has announced that the evaluation of votes for preferential voting candidates, or as they are otherwise known as "open" list candidates, has been completed in 11 of the country's 12 districts in total.
Counting has been completed in the following districts:

3. Debar
4. Durres
5. Berat
6. Korca
7. Gjirokaster
8. Vlora
9. Elbasan
10. Lezha
