Grigels Muçollari spoke to the media after the conflict that occurred in KZAZ 30 in Kashar. Following reports that the person who hit the KZAZ member, Muçollari said that he cannot confirm whose candidate he was an observer for.

Muçollari further stated that the conflict had occurred over the counting of the majority's preferential votes. The DP member said that the person who hit the CEAZ member has left and no one has been arrested.
