Refugee camps from Britain/ Rama jokes: We remain faithful to the "marriage" with Italy

Prime Minister Edi Rama held a joint press conference with his British counterpart, Keir Starmer, who is in Albania as part of the summit to be held on May 16.

During the conference, Rama was asked whether refugee camps would be established by the United Kingdom, which he categorically denied.

The Prime Minister said that the agreement on migrants is only with Italy and no other country. He even joked about it, saying that he remains faithful to his marriage with Italy.

" I have been very clear since we started the process with Italy, that this was a single agreement with Italy, because of the special relationship, but it is thanks to the geographical situation. A number of countries have asked us if we were ready for such a thing and we said no. We were faithful in our marriage with Italy and the rest was love ," said Rama./ CNA
