The DP's political leader for the Diaspora, Jozefina Topalli, stated on Blendi Fevziu's Opinion show that votes were massively manipulated on a national level.

Topalli shared a case in a live conversation with Fevziu.

"I happened to sit in front of the Berat district screen. There the numbers 5-5-5 continued and the ballots led to 90% of the SP. I thought it was a coincidence, there was manipulation. I continued with the second box and it was the same situation. Until the 13th box was closed, it went from 85%, 90% for Berat. The second day was a little lower, but on the third day the same thing. Even in the old system, there were 98% 99% because at least those who were in prison did not go to vote... Nobody is looking for victory in Berat, but 90%?!! I am talking about logic, if you ask me about the fact, I only have logic. Mathematics is logic, the thing does not work", said Topalli.

He further added that the vote of Albanians in Greece was also abused.

"In the case of the Diaspora in Greece, the CEC has made an agreement with DHL and it is a contract between the Albanian side and the postal service. DHL in Greece has hired two subcontractors, it is illegal. In 3 weeks, 17 thousand envelopes arrived, while the offices where these subcontractors operated were gambling offices."/ CNA
