Rama's message after the May 11 results: Amidst the darkness and a fake

Prime Minister Edi Rama has delivered his first speech after the May 11 elections, thus declaring victory for a 4th term, although the counting of Diaspora votes is still ongoing.

Rama said that between a fake hat and the darkness of the pit, Albanians chose the star.

"Here we are, 33 days after we first set out with the women and girls of the SP commando in 12 districts and then all of us in this Skanderbeg Square to reap what we sowed with great effort and hard work for 4 years in a row in the hearts and minds of Albanians."

For 30 days, Albanians listened and on May 11th, they decided to entrust the SP with a 4th mandate.

They trusted us more than ever before for a challenge greater than ever before because in four years we planted more trust in Albania and Albanians. We planted more for Albania, we gathered more hope in Albanians, we planted pride for a European Albania. We received the votes for a referendum support.

These elections pit an Albania that knows what it wants against an Albania that knows who it doesn't want and that constantly curses and curses, sinking lower and lower.

Between the light of Europe's stars and the darkness of the hole in a fake hat, Albania chose the star.
