DP leader Sali Berisha has once again leveled accusations regarding preferential votes in the Elbasan district, where so far the most voted candidate is Sara Mila of the SP.
Sara Mila has a large number of votes, where according to CEC data, she counts 16,096 votes.
Berisha calls Sara Mila the star of the May 11 farce, where according to him she received votes from criminals.
