The battle for Tirana so far has the Socialist Party as the winner, which so far has 19 mandates, while the counting of the Diaspora vote continues, for which the vote counting process seems to be quite slow.

Based on CEC data, the Democratic Party has so far received 13 mandates.

Thus, with 12 on the closed list, the most voted on the open list is doctor Ilir Alimehmeti, followed by Meta and Tabaku.

Ilir Alimehmeti has received 5,695 votes so far. 

Given this vote, Meta and Tabaku remain outside the Assembly for now.

On the other hand, the SP has so far received 19 mandates in Tirana, where so far the most voted candidate is Blendi Gonxhja with 9,772 votes.
