Rama's message to the EU: It's time to reinvent itself

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated at the summit in Tirana that Russia's war must end as soon as possible.
"Thank you Albania for hosting us today, a country that believes in Europe. I appreciate that we understand the same situation that Russia's war must end as soon as possible. Ukraine needs peace. Peace in Europe depends on whether Ukraine will emerge from the war.
The Russian delegation that came to Istanbul was low-level and could not make decisions.
"However, our priority is to have a complete and unconditional ceasefire because the killings must end," Zelensky said./ CNA
