The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, delivered his speech today at the podium in front of the Prime Minister's Office. Berisha commented on the reaction of Prime Minister Edi Rama after the meeting of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group. This reaction, according to the leader of the democrat, was a message for Europe.

Among other things, during his speech, Berisha called for massive participation in the opposition's national protest to be held tomorrow at 5:00 PM.

"Before leaving for Brussels, he held a meeting of the Parliamentary Group and in an open challenge that exceeds any standard, they sent the message to Europe that we interrupt integration but we do not recognize justice. In Brussels, a message would be transmitted to Edi Rama: Do not hinder justice or we will close the door. Today he replied, close the door to me, but I will never sell my skin. Tonight every Albanian is facing this major threat.

Edi Rama, with today's decision, told the Albanians that we give integration, but we do not give up corruption. In this context, protests are vital and decisive to save that dream that is not only ours. This dream of our renaissance became the main motive in the fight against the communist dictatorship. The DP managed to sign the Stabilization and Association Agreement, managed to liberalize visas, and receive the recommendation for candidate status. We were the locomotive of EU integration. Our program has the greatest goal, EU integration. Tomorrow is the battle for the country's integration into the EU, for Albania's open doors ," Berisha said. /CNA
