Manjani accuses Xhafa/ Court inspections as a form of surveillance of youth

Lawyer Ylli Manjani has leveled accusations against the head of the Committee for Civic Initiatives, Cooperation and Institutional Oversight, Fatmir Xhafaj.

The accusation is related to the inspections that this commission is conducting in the courts and prosecutor's offices.

Manjani compared the inspections to the dacibao of the party's central committees, which are not a solution to anything.

Further, Manjani says that parliament is neither a police nor a guard.

They make and correct laws.

The justice reform, today after 10 years, needs review and improvement. Every reform in this period needs review.

Everything that goes wrong today is mostly due to the loopholes in the reform laws. Poorly written laws passed without debate and in haste.

In particular, criminal justice and personnel policy in courts and prosecutors need to be overhauled and reformatted.

Above all, the system needs more working judges and impartial courts.

The reform must be given another chance to survive until Albania has a new Constitution that will once and for all close the Nuremberg trials against its citizens.

These things should be dealt with by parliament, not by police and bodyguards.
