The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, held his next speech in the capital this afternoon, this time in branches 8 and 10 in Tirana. Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of destroying the country's integration process into the European Union to protect his position.

"There is no moment that can surpass what interests these anti-Albanians are willing to kick, this criminal gang for their own enrichment, for their own interests, for their own skin. An entire people! They want to kick the fate of a people believing that there is no one in this country except them. But here we are and we come more sworn than ever that we will not forgive them for any price, for any reason. They forget that 90 percent of Albanians see their most beautiful dream in the EU and they are not wrong because in this community it has been proven that people become freer, people become more prosperous, people live a better life.

This is the truth, and they love it with all their hearts. But, now that the problem comes that Edi Rama has nowhere to go, now he absolutely is, with all the ultimatum he has received, that we are ready to undertake a process that we have never undertaken, to undo the integration process, he has been working all day for the decision that will be issued tonight. This is the latest development and I had no way of ignoring this decision. So, it is a great call for us, and one thing I must remind you, in this situation, the only hope is us.
