Spiropali in Washington/ Holds meeting with two senior DASH officials

Foreign Minister Elisa Spiropali, during her stay in Washington, held a meeting at the US Department of Commerce with the Under Secretary for International Trade, William PJ Kimmitt, and the Under Secretary for Industry and Security, Jeffrey I. Kessler.

The focus of the meeting with the two senior officials was the strengthening of economic cooperation between Albania and the US, especially for increasing American investments, energy, infrastructure and projects of strategic importance.

During my visit to Washington, I held a meeting at the US Department of Commerce with the Under Secretary for International Trade, William PJ Kimmitt, and the Under Secretary for Industry and Security, Jeffrey I. Kessler.

We talked about strengthening economic cooperation between Albania and the United States, especially increasing American investments, energy, infrastructure, and projects of strategic importance.

Albania remains a reliable ally in NATO and a country open to American business in the Western Balkans.
