Rama's Statements on the Constitutional Court/Berisha: Elements of a Coup d'état

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in his press conference spoke about Rama's statements made today after the parliamentary group meeting.

Berisha said that these statements are flagrant violations and elements of a coup d'état.

Berisha further stated that Rama previously declared that the opposition leader should be arrested, while now he is opposing justice.

The President stated that Albanians are clear that the only solution is revolt.

"Flagrant violations and elements of a coup. He called for the arrest of the opposition leader, he gave orders to arrest the leader of the other opposition party. For the mandate of this criminal, these were acts of justice."
