Rama on the DP: From the party of hope of the youth, he ran for the election

Prime Minister Edi Rama said today that the Democratic Party has been replaced by a party of hope for the youth, in the footsteps of an 80-something year-old. In his speech from the meeting he held this Monday with Socialist Party deputies at the Brigades Palace in Tirana, Rama expressed himself with notes of irony towards the opposition, as he said that he dealt with it during the campaign only out of frustration.

According to Rama, the Socialist Party should no longer waste energy with the Democratic Party.

"The others who fall longer, it means that we bought them, but the account does not come out again. Anyway, this decline of a party that was born from the hopes of the youth and has turned into the utura of an 80-something year old. We had to deal with this electoral utura. And I did it out of concern, not out of longing. They should not waste energy on them, except for the inevitable confrontation with them", said Rama. /CNA
