Rama in Dibër: In 35 years, the Socialist Party has marked many important

Prime Minister and Socialist leader Edi Rama was present this Friday in Dibër, to mark the 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party in this region.

Rama began his speech with humor and jokes in front of the people of Dibra.  

"This connection with Dibra is also materialized by the speed of arrival. I arrived a few minutes late, because we left Tirana at 4 o'clock. I know that the journey is not an hour, but Ulsiu has convinced everyone that the journey is 50 minutes and I told him that they are driving late. I arrived a little late, but it is Ulsiu's fault," said Rama, laughing.

Rama then focused on the journey of the Socialist Party over more than three decades, also linking it to the breakaway from the party of the past.

According to him, this development gave birth to a party that has marked many important things in the book of the country's political life.

"This is the continuation of a path, which is the path of the Socialist Party, in which we have seen and heard a lot, but we have also done a lot. I want to reiterate that the history of the Socialist Party does not begin with the moment when I joined the party, but at the moment when the socialists made a very clear choice and broke away in a very reasonable way from the past, giving life to a party that in these 35 years has marked some very important things in the book of Albanian political life", said Rama./ CNA
