After the end of the plenary session, which lasted only 8 minutes, the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, told the journalists that for the Criminal Amnesty, the majority does not want Lulzim Basha's votes, if they are given on condition. 

Thus, a message was also given to the head of the PD of "Vula", who declared that he will not vote for the Criminal Amnesty and together with his deputies, they would not participate in today's plenary session. 

Manja emphasized during his speech that there are people who alienate themselves in front of the cameras, for a handful of votes.

"The people who benefit from Amnesty have been rehabilitated. The punishment has reached its goal. They have made the word 'prison' part of the vocabulary, but no one remembers the consequences. We don't want Basha's votes on condition, give me this, I'll give you this. 140 that bill will get a vote because otherwise they don't have a face to appear in front of the citizens. They alienate themselves in front of the cameras, for a handful of votes," said Manja. /CNA
