Sqaron Manja: S’ka amnisti për çështjet që hetohen nga SPAK

Ministri i Drejtësisë Ulsi Manja në një deklaratë pas mbledhjes së qeverisë dha sqarime për Amnistinë Penale, e cila do të diskutohet në Kuvend ditën e enjte. 

Ai tha se nuk do të ketë falje për ndjekjen penale që po hetohet ose po gjykohet në SPAK. 

"Dua të them dhe të kthehem edhe njëherë në fillim, nuk ka amnisti nga ndjekja penale për asnjë nga çështjet dhe lënda që është sot në duart e Prokurorisë së Posaçme dhe Prokurorisë së Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm, me përjashtim të disa veprave të lehta që janë kundravajtje penale. Kemi qendruar në të njëjtën linjë me parimet e humanizimit. Amnistia nuk është akt i qeverisë, është akt i sovranit, fjalën e fundit e ka sovrani, pra e ka Kuvendit", u shpreh Manja".CNA
