Aministia Penale/ Propozimet e Felajt: Të përfitojnë të dënuarit me sëmundje të pashërueshme

Të martën, po zhvillohet mbledhja e Komisionit të Ligjeve, ku po diskutohet në lidhje me projektligjin për Amnistinë Penale.

Në lidhje me këtë, nënkryetarja Kuvendit Ermonela Felaj ka bërë disa propozime, ku theksoi se nga amnistia duhet të përfitojnë personat me dëmtime të përhershme dhe ata të cilët vuajnë nga sëmundje të pashërueshme. 

“Sugjeroj që meqë në burgje dhe në Spitalin e Burgut ka të dënuar me sëmundje të pashërueshme, të bëhet një amnisti e këtyre personale. Kjo kategori nuk më rezulton që është një numër i vogël i të dënuarve të tillë. Propozim tjetër është që ne të falim 4-5 vite burg për të dënuarit,do të propozoja në nenin 5, ku bëhet fjalë për dhënien aministisë nga ndjekja penale , mos përfshihen vetëm vepra që dënohen deri në 2 vite, por edhe ata që janë deri në 3 vite që janë vepra jo me rrezikshmëri të lartë", tha ajo./CNA
