The chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, gathered the structures of the Democratic Party in Devoll this Sunday morning.

Bardhi spoke about the weak result in the local elections of the opposition, as he said that it was not what we expected.

However, he expressed his conviction that in the 2025 parliamentary elections, the Democratic Party will emerge victorious.

“You all went through together a few months ago, a completely unequal battle; you fought with our president and candidate for the local elections, you were undoubtedly all united around the candidate and the days to resist and face.

Although the result was not what we expected, I see today your determination not to give up, your determination to get stronger, your determination to face, your determination to win the next election in 2025.

And this is undoubtedly an inspiration and gives us up there in Tirana the courage to extend exactly this determination that we find in Devoll to the whole of Albania and all the chances and possibilities are behind the act of Monday and of course what happened on Friday with the union of the opposition coalition, that if we start work from today, door to door, village to village, city to city and manage to win the mind and heart of the honest citizens of this country, who are undoubtedly the majority and are the same as they are determined to face, the Democratic Party of Albania, the united opposition, must and will be victorious in the 2025 elections", emphasized the head of the DP Parliamentary Group./ CNA
