Albania's relations continue to be strained due to the case of Fredi Beleri, the elected mayor of Himara.
Prime Minister Edi Rama was asked in Munich if he foresees any problems with Greece, which has warned of obstacles for Albania on the path towards EU integration.
Ironically, Rama said at the Security Conference that Albania loves Greece.
"No, we love Greece", he said, while emphasizing that he will not talk about this topic today.
"I did not come to Munich to disturb my Greek friends, because they follow me everywhere and listen to the tone of my voice when I speak for them, so in no way bring us into conflict with them," the head of government underlined.
Rama further mocked Greece again, stating that friends in Athens are easily misunderstood.
"Then there is mention of dry coffee, there is no Greek or Turkish coffee. Because it has not yet been resolved whether it is Turkish or Greek coffee. When I said Turkish coffee, I said it because there are Turks in Germany and not because it is not Greek coffee. I tell my Greek friends, don't misunderstand coffee", declared the prime minister./ CNA
