Within 8 minutes, the Assembly approved two very important draft laws, the agreement with Italy for immigrants and the changes in the law on protected areas. 

With 77 votes in favor, the Assembly voted to pass the draft law on the agreement for immigrants with Italy.

The agreement, which provides for the establishment of the immigrant camp, also received 3 votes of the PDIU, namely the deputies Mesila Doda, Shpëtim Idrizi and Nuret Avdullai.

Regarding this action, PDIU MP Mesila Doda said that the Constitutional Court has also spoken about this issue. 

"We were in favor of the agreement. It is about a friendly country, a neighboring country, which is in a moment of crisis. We can help with a problem of theirs, and we should be by their side. It is not a question of supporting individuals who could be Fredi Beleri, but a friendly country", she said.

With 74 votes in favor, the majority approved the law on protected areas amid noise and opposition protests.

Meanwhile, at the beginning of the session, the majority voted with 74 votes in favor of removing the Criminal Amnesty bill from the agenda. This is because there are not 84 votes to pass this bill./ CNA
