Dionis Sota is the independent candidate whom the opposition, the Democratic Party and its leader Sali Berisha, supports as a candidate for the Municipality of Vlora.

On November 9, Dionis Sota will run against the SP candidate, Brunilda Mersini, in Vlora.

What does this mean? What has Dionis Sota been educated in, that if he is declared the winner he will manage one of the largest municipalities, like that of Vlora with all the problems that even Prime Minister Edi Rama himself has identified and declared that they need to be solved?

We have an independent candidate who is supported by the opposition, but who is uneducated. He has not completed higher education, which is practically only secondary education.
