The deputy of the Freedom Party, Monika Kryemadhi, signed the additional "live" report addressed to SPAK for the incinerator of Tirana, as according to her the Municipality of Tirana has allowed an unauthorized construction on 15 hectares of land. 

According to the deputy, 15 hectares is the map of deposits outside the territory of the landfill, so the incinerator has received so many payments from the construction companies that only with the deposits outside the border they have filled an area with 15 hectares of land.


"The incinerator scheme is a mafia scheme that comes from abroad. This denunciation, this additional report that I will sign in front of you, is 17 pages long, with facts and evidence of how the Municipality of Tirana has allowed an unauthorized construction in 15 hectares of land, has committed environmental damage, has exerted pressure on construction companies. Pressure has been exerted by the directors of the Municipality of Tirana on construction firms. Garbage has been deposited outside the scope of the construction permit. Fiscal evasion has been made by Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri Media have also been bought. These are the documents that I will take to SPAK by mail. Letters to SPAK are delivered by mail. I stand by my criminal charges," said Kryemadhi./ CNA
