The fate of the stamp of the DP/ The Supreme Court sets the date of the first

On December 27, the Supreme Court will consider the issue of the legitimacy of the seal of the Democratic Party.

In an announcement from the Supreme Court, it is announced that the request of the Temporary Reestablishment Commission will be reviewed before the new year.

The jury that will examine the request is composed of Artur Kalaja, Ervin Pupe and Darjel Sina.

The Supreme Court will examine the request of the Temporary Reestablishment Commission, where the decision of the Court of Appeal, taken on March 3, 2023, which annulled the decision of the judge of the First Instance, Agron Zhukri, is contested.

The latter recognized "Reestablishment" as the governing body of the DP in implementation of the decisions of the National Assembly of December 11, 2021./ CNA
