Arrests of officials/ Rama makes the next move

On Monday, the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party met, where Prime Minister Edi Rama was also present. 

It is learned that the meeting is taking place behind closed doors and it is expected to discuss several draft laws that the SP will have to vote on in the following weeks.

Another issue for discussion is the draft law on the migrant agreement with Italy.

We emphasize that this meeting comes three days after SPAK issued arrest warrants for the affair with the Tirana incinerator, where several Tirana Municipality officials were arrested. 

The arrest warrants were made public precisely during the hours of Friday, when the National Congress of the Socialist Party was also taking place. 

Rama and Veliaj still have no reaction to this important investigation by SPAK.

Apparently Rama gathered his people today to discuss what is happening within this party, since in the last few months there have not been a few officials or mayors who have fallen into the "sieve" of SPAK. / CNA
