Murrizi's letter to Duman: Turn your eyes away from "Bankers"

Democratic Leader Sali Berisha today expressed harsh stances regarding what he calls the farce of May 11.
In a press conference, Berisha stated that tenders and procurements were used only to buy votes in the May 11 elections.
Berisha stated that the tender winners had a mission to transfer funds to the criminal party and its candidates.
"These people have a second analysis, this is very fair. This analysis will be done at the procedural level. But here, our analysis that we presented here is the very fact of the development of this prohibited activity with the aim of influencing voters in various ways.
I'm bringing you asphalt, I'm laying gravel, I'm reconstructing this, I'm doing that, all within the time prohibited by law.
I absolutely guarantee that these were used only to buy votes. The winners of these tenders had another mission: to give a portion of these funds to the criminal party, its candidates, its structures.
"There is no doubt here. But we are dealing with this case, only with the fact that these are prohibited by law," Berisha said. /CNA
