Fatmir Xhafaj seems to have been left alone in his attempt to create a commission, camouflaged with institutional reform towards integration, to appeal to independent institutions and mainly SPAK.

He was left alone, unlike what the internationals asked for this commission to have the cooperation of the opposition. But apparently the public ambiguity and the failure to give a precise message about what the full work of this commission will be, what path they will follow, who they will call and what account they will demand, have caused the opposition to abandon it, also put the internationals on alert. Fatmir Xhafaj should appear in a press conference and tell the Albanians, but also the opposition and the internationals, what is the purpose of this commission, beyond political platitudes, show its clear agenda, which are the institutions that will be called and what they will report on specifically.

Fatmir Xhafaj cannot do this even if we don't believe Edi Rama, the prime minister has said that, even though there are a thousand dissatisfactions with SPAK, it will be hit or it can be closed, simply and only at the moment when it has to go over the body of Rama or the Americans.

So, two defenders of SPAK, but at no time and in no case, even though the prime minister has taken this position and the internationals have had this position, Fatmir Xhafaj has not come out and said a single word, that SPAK- u will not be affected, that SPAK will not be called to Appeal. That justice has problems, this is a fact, but the only institution that is functioning differently from others is SPAK.

In the event that a commission is created to attack this institution, Fatmir Xhafaj should be well thought out and it will be necessary for him to at least come out publicly and guarantee to Albanians and people who have concerns or want to protect an institution that really fights corruption in Albania , that SPAK will not be part of Xhafaj's attack, just as he will attack other institutions by trying to invent reforms or legal changes for different, independent institutions, in the name of EU integration.
