In today's protest that took place in front of the town hall, the political leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, called on the police leaders not to touch the citizens. 

He addressed Muhamet Rrumbullak and Tonin Vocaj that if the protesters are touching you, they have a personal relationship with the DP. 

"Dare to touch the citizens, life is too long. You will have a personal relationship with the citizens and the Democratic Party, whether you are Met Rrumbullaku, whether you are Tonin Vocaj, whether he is the thief of the municipality. Democrats, don't be upset, with your battle, with your resistance, we managed to destroy the plan of Edi Rama who wanted to leave the country without opposition. For a very big truth, we invite you to stay, in the Municipality of Tirana there is a thief, a scoundrel like Erion Veliaj, who will get the bill that belongs to him", said Këlliçi.

He expressed his determination that they will not back down at any moment and will bring Erion Veliaj to justice. 

"Without bringing Erion Veliaj to justice, without bringing the thieving directors to justice, we will not back down. This city pays 30 million euros a year to steal Veliaj. We will not stop, whoever stole will go to prison," he said. he./CNA
