"We must heal the violated beaches"/ Rama, with an iron fist: We will

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the presentation of the Strategy for the Development of the Tourism Sector, stated that Albania has violated beaches, taking Ksamil as an example.

According to Rama, beaches cannot be prey to ignorant people who see them as land to be conquered and treat tourists as if they were slaves who can even eat the stick of an umbrella on their head.

Rama said that there is no reason for Ksamil to be a private beach, with exorbitant prices and miserable services.

"It is among the most beautiful in the world, and it can no longer be the prey of ignorant people who see it as land to be conquered and to treat tourists as if they were slaves who can even eat the stick of an umbrella on the head. We must heal the violated beaches, take them out of the hands of private individuals. There is no reason for Ksamil to be a private beach, with exorbitant prices and miserable services," said Rama.

Rama also said that he will ban music and reduce the number of "beach bars".

"They have set up 'beach bars' that have driven Himara crazy! Sun loungers where you risk being pierced by a rusty nail," Rama said./ CNA
