The Electoral College reviews the complaint of the DP-ASHM Coalition regarding the May 11 elections.

The rapporteur of the session is Lutfije Celami, members are Entela Shedula, Alma Kodraliu, Ornela Naqellari and Enkel Peza.

The Democrats demanded the reversal of the Regulatory Commission's decision that recognized the election results. This is the decision that will put the final seal on this process after the opposition filed a series of appeals, not recognizing the results.

At the request of the opposition, votes were recounted in several districts, but even with the reopening of the ballot boxes, there were no significant changes to the results.

In the May 11 elections, the Socialist Party won with 83 seats, the DP-ASHM 51, the Albania Initiative won 1 seat, Agron Shehaj's Opportunity won 2 seats, the Together Movement won 1 seat and the PSD won 3 seats./ CNA
