Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj has reacted through a post on social networks, after the Parliament approved the changes to the Electoral Code.
Dictatorships, writes the lawyer, are not overthrown by election codes.
Gjokutaj has called for a popular revolt, while he has asked the citizens to break the counters and beat the police officers who, according to him, protect the thieves.
He has gone even further asking the Albanians to "kill" the patronageists, who according to him are stealing the citizens' future.
