Mediu against changes in the Electoral Code: It is being passed because of bargaining, discussions are needed

Deputy Fatmir Mediu has expressed his opposition to the changes to the new Electoral Code that are expected to be voted on in today's plenary session. 

The media stated that it would be completely unfair and non-transparent that due to bargains or completely occult relations today the amendments to the Electoral Code pass without any kind of debate or superficial debate. 

"This matter is very important.
