The political leader of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has made a denunciation of the director of the incinerator of Tirana and Fier, Elton Buallin, in the protest in front of the Municipality of Tirana.

Kelliçi said that Bualli has communications with the incinerator gang in Zimbabwe.

He also stated that Bualli has commissioned projects worth 100 million euros in Tunisia.

"We were physically conflicted when we went to denounce the incinerators, this individual appears to be the director of the incinerators in Fier and Tirana. He ordered projects worth hundreds of millions of euros. What has SPAK done, and with those 8 recently issued measures, they do not have the courage to mention the names of the real leaders of the incinerators.

This individual, who has been denounced dozens of times, was the director of the Tirana incinerator and the director of the Fier incinerator, the main character who communicated with the gang and for the interests of the incinerator gang in Zimbabwe. This individual, after borrowing half a million euros from the Tirana incinerator, bought a plot of land in the Sharra landfill to set up a greenhouse with the farmers' money from the IPARD program.
