Discussions and debates continue in the plenary session on the changes that are expected to be approved for the Electoral Code. Deputy Pandeli Majko has called on his colleagues from the opposition to vote for the changes in the New Electoral Code.

In his speech, he emphasized that nothing was done under pressure as he underlined that no one should be afraid of the safe lists. 

"If the measures were not taken, we risked that the 2025 elections would be disputed in their legality. I have the best words for the 2 negotiators, DP and SP. They negotiated with transparency. I understand that there are different syndromes that have do with the will of the party leaders. Here, the system has not brought us into a difficult situation. That is why, my friends, the implementation of the GJK has brought us here today. We are the only ones who do not approve of these constitutional changes. Those who think that they will enter with open lists, there is no need to tell us that Rama will become king, we must implement the decisions of GJK. Nothing was done under pressure. Don't be afraid of the safe lists", said Majko./ CNA
