The anti-corruption spokesperson in DP, Genta Vangjeli, denounced today from the blue seat that the husband and father-in-law of the minister Delina Ibrahimaj have hotels in the south and businesses.

Vangjeli emphasized that now is the time for Ibrahimaj to give clarifications to SPAK about the source of income and the procedures of property ownership that are in the name of her husband and father-in-law.

According to Vangjeli, the conflict of interest law states that when ownership shares registered in the name of a person related to the official, in this case in the name of the minister's father-in-law and husband, are valued the same as if they were registered in the name of Ibrahimaj himself.

Apparently, Edi Rama is determined that before he leaves the position of CM, he will make sure that all the family members of his ministers are equipped with wealth and businesses, bars and restaurants, but above all hotels in coveted territories on the coast.

Rama's ministers do not even take care to hide the private activities of their family members to avoid conflict of interest.

The only care they show is to hide the injuries they cause, such as the case of the husband of the minister Delina Ibrahimaj, who was 'archived' by the police after political pressure. Ibrahimaj should have already resigned from public office due to the concealment of the criminal offense committed by her husband.

The husband has several commercial activities.

Referring to the self-declarations at the ILDKPI, her husband Andri Pëparim Ibrahimaj finds:

1. Manager at the super luxury hotel owned by his father, 'Atlantid Hospitality' in Qeparo, on the sea coast.

2. Owner of the commercial entity "Baçja" shpk with the purpose of exercising bar-restaurant activity, etc.

3. Owner of the commercial entity "Red Field Farm" shpk, with object Planting, cultivation and trading of fruits - vegetables of various types, etc., with address in Kurbin.

4. Owner of the other commercial entity 'Te Baçja' shpk with a different identification number but with the same object and address of exercising the activity as above.

Since the law on the conflict of interest assesses that when the ownership shares registered in the name of the person related to the official, in this case in the name of the minister's father-in-law and husband, are evaluated the same as if they were registered in the name of the official Ibrahimaj.

It is time for Delina Ibrahimaj, together with her family members, to clarify public opinion and SPAK regarding:

1. The source of income and the procedures for the transfer of property ownership no. 129/113-ND, volume 12, page 187, zk. 3095 in Qeparo, Vlora, and the legal procedures that were followed for the construction of the hotel.
