The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, during a media conference stated that Ergys Agasi is walking around free, despite his status as a person under investigation.

According to Berisha, referring to the "digital citizen", Agasi was seen driving his vehicle towards the Surrel area.

He raised doubts about whether it was a cover-up or a meeting, without giving a clear conclusion.

Berisha also accused Prime Minister Edi Rama and the head of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, of influencing the lifting of the arrest measure against Agas.

This refers to the interim decision taken by the non-commissioned officer Sokol Sadushi to initiate the procedure for the partial amendment of the unified practice of the Joint Colleges of the Supreme Court of 2011 on personal security measures, a decision taken to serve Mayor Erion Veliaj.

"In conclusion, Berisha described the situation as part of a process that, according to him, leads to the "consolidation of the drug regime," emphasizing that it is Albanian citizens who must take their fate into their own hands.
