"The Llogara tunnel will have a speed of about 80 km per hour, there are also curves. Tunnels have a very small speed limit. In the tunnel it is intolerable because it can cause accidents, while overtaking is not allowed. The Llogara Tunnel is a paid work, as it will have high maintenance costs.
