"Vetting" "proclaimed kulak" the model judge of 33 years

Unfortunately, yesterday "Vetting" suspended from office the oldest and simplest judge of Korça, with 31 years of experience, Seladin Pysqylin.

As in many other cases, in this case too, the Independent Qualification Commission found significant violations in the property of the oldest judge of Korça, and the stubborn "facts" of the administrative investigation could not be overcome, although the cleanliness of the picture and the professional criteria was very "OK".

In fact, judge Seladin Pysqyli was not one of those people of justice who appeared in the "Sky" application and you passed him.

Started with a lot of fanfare and confidence in the public that "Vetting" would clean up the corrupt elements in justice, unfortunately very quickly this story turned into a hunt of hyenas, which attack their prey in front of them in a herd.

With a total international support, but not maximally from the Albanian public, "Vetting" turned into the most notorious group for the persecution of honest judges and prosecutors, who had no political connections, did not flirt with organized crime and what's more and more importantly, they did not put their hands in the citizens' pockets.

Meanwhile, those who reevaluate the figure of the prosecutor and the judge, were once dismissed for various atrocities, up to sexism in public administration or by the justice system, as in the case of Luan Daci, and some others...

So the logic of the trial is so extreme, since those dismissed in the past, either in KPK or KPA, take dismissal decisions for these judges and prosecutors today, finally removing them from the justice system, putting them out on the streets.

Akoma më ulëritëse është kur anëtarë të KPK-së tunden e shkunden, në një resort luksi në Vlorë me lekët e oligarkut Shefqet Kastrati dhe refuzojnë të tregojnë emrin e financuesit.

E nga ana tjetër kthehen nga Vlora në zyrat e tyre në Tiranë dhe kërkojnë llogari për financimet dhe pasurinë e prokurorëve e gjyqtarëve, se ku i kanë gjetur. Hapu dhe...!!!

Si gazetar i vjetër dhe prej 18 vitesh raportoj çdo ditë mbi aktivitetin e institucioneve të drejtësisë në vend, gjykoj se “Vetting”-u në Shqipërisë ishte i domosdoshëm dhe për disa elementë që fryheshin se kishin varur një kollare 500 dollarë në qafë, ka vepruar shumë mirë.

Shumë mirë ka vepruar edhe për ata gjyqtarë e prokurorë që s’kishin lënë gjobë financiare pa vendosur, por në fund të ditës i kishte mbetur meraku tek një shishe vere 2 mijë euro e lart.

Shumë mirë ka vepruar për ata gjyqtarë e prokurorë që kërkonin para dhe për një çështje divorci vullnetar në gjykatë apo për një kujdestari fëmije.

Po aq mirë “Vetting”-u ka vepruar dhe tek rastet e prokurorëve dhe gjyqtarëve, që ironikisht kishin marrë nokën numerike “139”, e cila nënkuptonte Nenin 139 të Kodit Penal, që është “Vjedhja me dhunë”.

Por nga ana tjetër nuk mund të pajtohem me një shkarkim masiv të njerëzve të urtë, gjyqtarë e prokurorë të guximshëm që kanë luftuar për kauza të drejtësisë, të pakompromentuar qoftë me politikën, që jepnin vendime dënimi apo pafajësi se jua kërkonte politika, influencat e biznesit dhe deri tek elementë të Krimit të Organizuar, siç bënte Xhevahiri i Drejtësisë.

Sot procesi i rivlerësimit është tashmë në fundin e vet dhe nuk përbën më as lajm shkarkimi i një gjyqtari apo një prokurori.

Sot sistemi i Drejtësisë, (Prokurori-Gjykata), janë në grahmat e fundit për shkak të mbingarkesës ekstreme.

Sot kush provon të hyjë në një proces penal apo civil, të llogarisë mirë vitet e moshës, pasi me modesti po e them se vallë e kap gjallë seancën përfundimtare të gjykimit.

Por sot, komuniteti i gjyqtarëve, prokurorëve, avokatëve por dhe i qytetarëve të thjeshtë në Korçë, është i shokuar nga lajmi i shkarkimit të gjyqtar Seladin Pysqylit.

Përpos eksperiencës së gjatë në punë, investimit të një jete në krye të detyrës, (më i vjetri) modeli i këtij gjyqtari është një model i papërsëritshëm dhe humbje për të gjithë sistemin e drejtësisë.

Në korridoret e gjykatës, të gjithë flasin nën zë për largimin e gjyqtarit më të mirë të Gjykatës së Korçës, i cili pritej të ishte udhëheqësi shpirtëror dhe ligjor edhe për gjyqtarët e rinj.

A model judge who had the pen and the logical line, the best among his colleagues, who tried not only to solve the court case procedurally, but who became a party to the citizen's plight, to give the best solution as a model citizen and as a judge of human hearts.

A model judge, who besides giving a punishment to the author of a criminal offense, tried to educate the new generation like being a parent of one of them.

A judge, who dedicated 20 hours of his working day, is a loss for the Court of Korça and for the entire community of this city.

Sometimes the facts related to the informality of the Albanian society are dull facts, which do not say anything about the genius of a judge, who definitely needed a few more years in this society.
